When you use Brand Partnerships as a supplier through Carro, you’ll need to set up your revenue splits. This means that for every item that sells, we’ll divide the sale according to these percentages.
The supplier’s typically get the bigger share of each sale, with retailer’s taking 20 to 35%, Carro’s fee is 5%, and the supplier getting the rest. However, you can set your revenue split with each partner so that the percentages work for both brands.
You as the supplier will make the lion’s share of each sale because you are responsible for the inventory and fulfillment associated with the order, while the retailer does not have the upfront costs associated with maintaining the product.
